This was my 19th cruise and this was by far the worst cruise I’ve been on.

Starting when we got on and our stateroom was disgusting. The walls had marks all over them, the towels looked used. Asked guest services to have someone come, no one did for 4 hours. Then I asked again, and again. And it finally got done.

The bars- every bar was understaffed and the staff they had was honestly horrible. They looked like they did not want to be there, drinks took so long, and I mean very long. At every single bar. I honestly felt bad for them, this was clearly a company wide problem and they were just overworked and not trained well. Read more
