This was my first ever cruise, and even though I had read the reviews that this was an awful cruise line I didn’t think it could be as bad and went with an open mind… before I start the review, NCL when things are going well may well be a nice experience, but I judge a service on how they handle issues or problems and hopefully without sounding like a Karen, NCL has got to be the most contemptuous, money grabbing, scam artist of a cruise line that has completely spoiled my holiday, and to echo the many reviewers on here I WILL NEVER cruise with them again…
