Chose this cruise after seeing all the promotional videos, editorial material about the ship. We decided it would be perfect for Christmas. The ship itself is beautiful and the live theatre performances were phenomenal.

There were a minority of staff who were amazing and knowledgeable but the majority seemed to still be in training. Everything felt very rushed and there was little attention to detail. Examples, asked for a Paloma and given pure grapefruit juice (no alcohol). Asked for ice cream for the table and given glasses of lemonade instead. It felt very fake it til you make it instead of just asking for clarification.

On the first day, our minibar was not stocked when we arrived, we didn’t have towels or any wash cloths until 9pm after multiple calls during the day. There was also items left from the previous trip. Read more
