Panama Canal a huge disappointment. The new way being pulled by tugboat is a disaster. Where are my electric locomotives and people working everywhere? In the past, received a Commemorate certificate for the crossing. No more. Cafe food not getting any better. Morning after New Year's at cafe around 6 am had to listen to three drunk employees trying to order beer at bagel stand and then continued to table with MF tirade. Not very classy. They should have been removed and/or terminated on the spot. Retreat ladies were the best of the best. Butler was not as attentive as I have had in the past. Room steward had to be asked multiple times about providing chocolate daily. He said in order to do so, he needed permission from supervisor. That makes zero sense. I am speaking of the high dollar chocolate and not the one-inch square on the pillow. Doing back-to-back, I thought tiny deck would be cleaned. Bird poop stayed for weeks. I shouldn't have to ask for cleaning as it was obvious.

Cabin Review

The Villa was way overpriced for such little space and no wet bar with 2 small frigs. Bed was hard as a rock and room steward had to add foam to make a tad more comfortable.

Please install more lighting over sink as impossible to shave as can't see. Those two small lights in ceiling are useless.
