Morning after New Year's at cafe around 6 am had to listen to three drunk employees trying to order beer at bagel stand and then continued to table with MF tirade. Not very classy. They should have been removed and/or terminated on the spot. Retreat ladies were the best of the best. Butler was not as attentive as I have had in the past. Room steward had to be asked multiple times about providing chocolate daily. He said in order to do so, he needed permission from supervisor. That makes zero sense. I am speaking of the high dollar chocolate and not the one-inch square on the pillow. Doing back-to-back, I thought tiny deck would be cleaned. Bird poop stayed for weeks. I shouldn't have to ask for cleaning as it was obvious.
