The service, the staff, everything was not worth it at all pick a different cruise line. Cleaning staff wasn’t cleaning rooms instead just walking into our room for “mandatory checks” that he wouldn’t elaborate on. None of the staff speaks English very well that lead to some big communication issues. floors are constantly wet slipping everywhere always. Cleaning staff was also given access to our room 24/7 whenever they wanted with all of our belongings 100% use the safe in the room. Embarkation and disembarkation was AWFUL getting on or off the ship was terrible took forever long lines that didn’t move staff during these times was rude and unhelpful. Drink packages and food packages weren’t working, half the time I did stand in line for a drink (which was a long long line because bar service was terrible) I was told I didn’t have a drink package when I did. At THERE OWN private MSC island is TERRIBLE worst service ever nothing is included in your packages bar service was starting a line and letting people cut they ran 100% out of alcohol half way through the day. Just seems like the whole ship was extremely unprepared and didn’t know what they were doing staff was absolutely clueless. This was advertised as an AMERICAN Cruise then when I get on all of the staff doesn’t speak English at all this is an Italian cruise line not American the captain was also Italian that didn’t speak English everything about this cruise was sloppy and terrible wouldn’t recommend this cruise for ANYBODY
