This cruise fitted in with my work holidays and my childs school holidays - it was a decent price, as it included the flights - shame they where from Birmingham, as Manchester would have been better.
There was 3 cabins booked - we had linked all 3 of the bookings - but sadly on NYE the first night only 2 of the cabins where at the same table for dinner - and this was at 5.30pm - when we only boarded approx 4pm
We managed to link the 3rd cabin for the rest of the holiday so the 7 of us could all eat together.
We was in cabin d714
We found the cabin was clean and of a good size in the day for the 3 of us.
I didnt like the balcony as it is really overlooked, and the flooring isnt that comfortable if barefooted.
The Tv's seem so small now, and the bathroom was clean, but would have preferred bars of soap at the sink - rather than a dispenser that didnt work very well.
The shower is over a bath - but anyone who is taller than 6 foot will stuggle as the shower head is about 5 foot 10inch high so I struggled washing my hair.
When the extra bed is made up access to the balcony is impossible, unless your willing to climb over the sofa bed.
Room service breakfast is a must - and I would do this at Maderia as this was a great view to have breakfast on the balcony (if you can lift your sofabed)
get the bus 910 from just outside the port 1.25 euros each way to las teresitas beach - beautiful white sandy beach
Really sheltered bay, the sea is so calm - perfect pictures of Palm trees and blue seas.
