We selected this cruise to celebrate New Year’s. We have cruised over the New Year’s holiday many times in the past. We chose this particular ship because we had a cancellation due to the COVID situation in March of 2020 and this cruise was the replacement for the cancelled cruise. We cruised with Princess previously and had great experiences. The new and beautiful Enchanted Princess looked like a fabulous ship and she didn’t disappoint.

This was our first time using the Medallion system and we never had one problem with the Medallion system from embarkation to disembarkation with everything else in between. We had the Green Lane departure through the Princess website and received our Medallions in the mail a few weeks prior to departure. When we arrived at the terminal, we walked up to the Green Lane team member and showed her our passports and she scanned our Medallions and we were told to board the ship. The entire process took less than ten minutes from entering the terminal to boarding the Enchanted Princess. This was a very efficient and quick process.

Our room was ready upon arrival and our luggage was delivered to our room about an hour after we boarded. Our stateroom steward welcomed us and did a fabulous job keeping our cabin clean and organized throughout our journey. The furnishings are all new. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were plentiful and of good quality. We had a Premium Deluxe Balcony room on the 9th Deck Forward. The room had more than adequate closet and drawer space. The bathroom was of sufficient size and we had an extended balcony that we enjoyed throughout the trip.
