We love Xmas cruising and have cruised many times with P & O. Disappointing that every time we cruise standards get lower. This time cleaning poor in cabins and around ship. Cabin not vacuumed at all. Drinks selection in bars was poor. They are definitely under staffed in restaurants and bars. Difficult to get a drink. Waiters rushed off their feet although ours were very good. Shops used to have good selection of clothing but selection very poor. Also not much to do on sea days. We had 2 ports cancelled so lots of sea days! Food was good though. We did enjoy it but it was not up to our expectations bearing in mind it was a Christmas cruises more expensive. Chocolate buffet was just afternoon tea used to be fantastic! Barely any chocolate in sight. Entertainment was mainly good although they keep rolling out same old shows. They need to do something different for regular travellers.

Cabin Review

Very bumpy and noisy during rough weather, not cleaned properly.
