We chose this for a Holiday Cruise. We booked a penthouse suite room 12350. They ship was easy to get around. It says capacity of around 2,300 passengers. The ship had over 2,500. The ship is old. Our room had two balcany windows that had bad seals and the balcony door was extremely dfficult to open. The lock on the cabin door didn't work, one sink had a constant drip, and we reported toilet issues of it not working. They did fix the door lock. We were told that they were cutting room stewards from 80 to 60 to help on costs, after the next cruise. Shows were OK. The comedian and a couple of others were good. The food at Cagneys was very good. Bistro and Bamboo, not so much. The Garden Cafe had a good Breakfast along with Moderna for suite guests. Dinner in Aqua and Venitian dinning rooms were OK. If they had Chicken Fried Steak, it was in all dinning venues. For dinner in the Garden Cafe, didn't see any vegtables. The noodle cook, made some for me. Some of the staff was very nice and helpful. Others you could tell it was just a job. It was our 3rd NCL cruise this year. While we have done over 20 cruises, we are moving on a different cruise line. I rarely write reviews but this needed one. Our itinerary did change from when we booked. Two port changes.
