We took a 11 day christmas cruise from ny, because of weather we were stuck in ny for two days before departing. No fault of ncl. Captain wasn't making any announcements concerning departure leaving us all wondering ????? I purchased the unlimited wifi for 240 dollars ?? It was the worst wifi i have ever experienced. Ncl charges the most than any other cruise line & delivers the least !!! Shameful !!!!!! Wouldn't work most of the time & had to complain to customer services to no avail. The gem advertises three production shows & only had one ?? Seems like they dragged subway street performers on the gem to help entertain us. The hypnotist was just awful !!!! Fake !!!!! I will never in my life sail on ncl again. Going back to rcl where i have diamond status. Ncl free at sea is a big joke !!!! They still charge you for services. I hate ncl !!!!! Customer beware !!!!
