We wanted to get away after being cooped up for 3 years during covid. We really wanted to have a great time. The ship and the crew were great. The food was AWFUL.. and the entertainment was basically nonexistent. We are used to Celebrity ships where you have good shows every night. On this ship there were no shows like that at all. There were a few mediocre entertainers with shows that lasted 45 minutes. They do have good music going on nightly. If you like going to bed at 11 PM this cruise is for you. There is nothing to do after that except the casino. I can not tell you how dissapointing we found this cruise. We also did not like the food in the buffet on the Lido deck. Breakfast time ended at 10AM. That is just too early. They need to extend their hours to 11AM especially with the amount of senior citizens they have on board. One more thing, the food in the dining room was repetitive and one night my husband wanted just a plain salad and it wasn't on the menu. When we asked the serve if he could get one, we got an argument. Very dissapointing vacation. Definitely will not travel Holland American again.
