We acknowledge that this was the first cruise on Carnival Luminosa since the transfer from Costa as well as being the first Australian cruise on this ship.

Food was dreadfully presented and well and truly not up to cruise ship standards. See attached photo of Chicken Schnitzel measured only 9cm x 7cm with a total of 14 chips on the plate and nothing else, no greens, no salad, no gravy or any other sauce. This was not acceptable for a cruise ship meal especially in the main dining room. see photo of the fat served with the steak meal also in the dining room.

We booked any time dining beginning from 5.30, however they were unable to start till 6.45 and the delay (with a booking) was in excess of 1hour 15 minutes? NO SERVICE NO EXPLANATION NO HELP.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin was fine except for the fact that our toilet did not work correctly (did not flush) for most of our cruise, the cabin next door (our family) sent water up the toilet and flooded the floor. All we were told was that they were "working on the problem"
