Spirit Airlines of the seas -- you get there, but the experience isn't always pleasant and you feel like cargo. Ridiculous embarkation process -- 3.5 hours in lines -- felt like Disney. Tender day was worse -- 2.5 hours to leave ship -- 2.5 hours in line in port to reboard tender. Why bother? Most dinners were terribly delayed and took over 3 hours on 3 occasions. Huge lines to try and speak with customer service. The buffet was always borderline chaos and very hard (impossible) to find seating for a group larger than 4. It was often hard to find seating for 2. None of the onboard phone numbers to customer service, excursion service, or room porters were ever answered. The library has books the you can see, but can't read because they are kept behind locked glass doors. The little gym everyone seemed to want to use was always packed. The gigantic jewelry store seemed usually empty (waste of space). Could go on and on with other gripes -- and that is the point -- it is a nice ship with nice staff, but the operational execution distracts greatly. We either needed more staff or 1/4+ less passengers or both. We won't said NCL again.
functional. our sheets were changed once on a 7 day cruise, but we did get fresh towels every other day.
