We have cruised 12+ times on MSC Yacht club and always have a great experiences. We highly recommend The Yacht Club experience. Upon embarkation there is a separate area to check in and we are greeted with drinks and food. We boarded within an hour. The MSC ships are all beautiful and elegant. The service in the Yacht Club is at a much higher level and feels very personal and intimate (no crowds here). We have our own pool, hot tubs, sundeck, lounge, and restaurant. The Yacht Club is a BEST value when compared to other clubs such as The Retreat and The Haven, which we have done also. There are weekly parties for the Yacht Club which are fun and the food is outstanding. There is a section saved in the Theatre for the Yacht Club, so a seat is always available without early entry. Disembarking is always quick and butler led. This is worth the extra cost.

My husband and I sailed the Yacht Club on the Seashore for two weeks Nov. 7-20, 2022. We had a great vacation and we had many staff provide us with exceptional service. Our assistant butler, Kumar, was outstanding. He was checking on us 5-6 times a day. Asking if we needed anything, if everything was ok, and if there was something he could get for us. He took great care cleaning our room, at least, twice a day. The room was always spotless and clean. If there was anything we needed, he immediately attended to it. He even realized during our second week we weren't receiving our newspaper and took the initiative to complete the paperwork to get us signed up for the paper. He made sure our ice and drinks we liked were well stocked in the refrigerator. He brought us special snacks he knew we liked to our room. When he finished his tasks we would find him at the bar area helping serve drinks. He just seemed to be everywhere and always checking on us. He was always so friendly and professional.

Other staff in the Yacht Club that made our cruises so special were JR, Karalina, Bebin, Raymond, Douglas, Paula, Vincent and Cassandra. Each of them always checked in on us to see what they could provide us. They were all so friendly and so eager to make sure we had a drink or food. They were all exceptional in service and made us feel special. The head butler, Larissa and the assistant head butler were always very visible, friendly and checked with us often that we were good with our stay. Many of the butlers, Anna (she is hilarious and delightful), Divadeep, James, Amrita and others we had met on other MSC cruises would come up and talk with us, we so appreciated their friendliness and making us feel like part of the MSC family.
