Cabin: Large Outside Stateroom (partial sea views)
No staff!
Not fixed in 17 days!
Mid day maintenance, no access to promenade.
Out of order for 17 days.
Order of fries cam from the kitchen like this.
Deck cushions taken away daily at 5 pm. I got dirty looks daily for not getting up out of my lounger.
More maintenance and no warning of tripping hazard.
Once again not serviceable for 17 days.
Water pooled and not attended too more than once or twice.
Breakfast omelet options, or lack there of.

The loves lost on HAL.

Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with HALs commitment to running their operations aground.

Understaffed and overworked.

Unclean and outdated. Housekeeping did a “deep clean” day two.
