This cruise was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. NCL has clearly reduced its staff and offerings and is in line with Carnival or lower cruises. We have been on at least 5 NCL cruises in the past (and Around 20 overall) and this 8 night trip was far and away the worst ever. The food was so bad that we ate dinner at the Irish Pub 3x. Shore excursions were cancelled with little or no warning, lines at guest services were often an hour long or more ( I guess we weren’t alone with issues) The casino did not have enough staff and one dealer told me he worked 48 hours straight. the only person who we can praise was our cabin steward Herbert who was great. Other than this, the entire trip was a pathetic excuse for a cruise. I can’t believe NCL is charging regular rates for these offerings. Never going on NCL again.
