Wow, where do I even start. This was a trip for my father in-laws birthday celebration. We get there it's delayed 12 hours due to the inclement weather (totally understandable). First night my inlaws have absolutely no HEAT (mind you NYC was at 15 degrees) they were freezing, and of course my father in law got sick. Day 2 room still freezing, vents blowing cold air, and we are all wondering why are these hallways so cold (It turns out it was several cabins with no HEAT). You would think Norweagian would issue some type of credit? NOPE not even an apology. Moving on to the day we were supposed to land on their "PRIVATE ISLAND" Stirrup Cay....Sorry the conditions are not ideal for us to stop at this scheduled path (2nd time this has happened to us and only the 2nd time for my family 2019 as well). So basically we were stuck on this boat for about 6 days. Father in law got some type of bug after he ate something, then my brother in law, my daughter, son, and finaly myself .....hmmm can I do another cruise with Norwegian? Doubtful.

All the service staff were super friendly and the room attendant one of the best I have had the pleasure to have. I guess in todays environment where cruiselines are in the RED they can't afford to give any type of credit, but come on this is clearly Norwegians fault and shame on you for not trying to make this right and give the customer something (Massage, Fine dining, or some other type of reimbursement.

That's my experience from this trip
