Fortunately many negative things I read about the ship and Carnival as a cruise company did not happened to be true for us, either Carnival fixed them or we were lucky this time, but I was surprised how well everything organized: we arrived in our designated time range and in 15 min we're on the board having lunch, 1hr later our room is ready, one hour more and our luggage were delivered. Disembarkation: no hassle, 15 min to take, and this is Xmas cruise at its full capacity: never had to wait in lines, besides maybe to washer and drier on the 4th day of cruising. Good choice of tasty well prepared food, tons of options of entertainment, smiling friendly staff always ready to help. I got to say this is our first cruise, so I yet have nothing to compare it to, but we enjoyed it a lot and I wish every our cruise to be like this. From now on I guess we'll start cursing more in the future.
