Sail Date: Dec 2022
Cabin: Aqua Class

Whilst the cruise we expected, in the way of ports, we have seen a decline in the level of service since coming back after COVID. Activities staff have been cut right back to two and the number of waiters greatly reduced. No longer any in the theatre. I’m guessing with it being over the holiday period it felt American centric, but that’s no big issue. Aqua food & service for the first two nights were well below what we’ve previously experienced, even after being on the same ship in March 22.

9056 - All Aqua cabins on deck 9 have a 20 foot overhang blocking any sun you may have if it were flush with the Deck 10. Our cabin was immediately below the storage for the towels and kids life vests and every morning at 6.20am there was clunking and scraping as they dragged the trolleys out and then again 12 hours later putting them back. Give this a miss if possible, plus any others close by.
