After traveling many other cruise lines I can honestly recommend you to save your time, money and experience. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

People in customer service department were rude and useless (ironic, as they should be the first ones to represent the brand) so I asked for assistant manager. He first made an appointment with us and was late. After he heard us about the issues:

1. No internet service after paying for 4 devices

Cabin Review

Premium Balcony

The rooms, aside from not having a see-through balcony, were ok. The TVs in the rooms and screens throughout the ship could be larger. Some of the activities, such as trivias that require a screen, were hard to follow because for the size of the rooms, the screens were too small.
