We've been on the Eclipse several times, and this is our 7th Celebrity Cruise (of 9 total), so we knew what to expect.

As any performance review, I'd mark this experience as "as expected". Not five star great, but not two star bad.

Food was fine (we travel with someone who while not a "foodie" knows what he likes, and he liked the food), from the Oceanview Cafe (good selection, but as I've been noticing the last few cruises, they don't do "local" anymore), to the Main Dining Room (although I think we've been with Celebrity long enough to NOT be seated right beside a serving station, thank you very much) to the specialty restaurants (Murano, Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five, Le Petit Chef).
