Cunard really need to get it’s act together, the ship is failing in so many areas.

Constantly changing the excursion itinerary, length of stay at ports, even the various destinations of the cruise is both annoying and frustrating. The entertainment is very hit and miss. They seem to have recruited from two separate agencies - professional and utterly shambolic. There is one singer in the ballroom that would be an ideal partner for Les Dawson and his iconic ‘bad’ piano player act.
