This was supposed to be a special trip for us. My mother died this year and it was something that she wanted to do. The cruise director was rude and short when ever you asked a question. Tour guide belittle us when we asked a question We had to walk along way in total darkness to reach the evening Christmas market.

Food was terrible at lunch and breakfast. It was good at dinner. Was not allowed to get better wine even though I paid for the drinks package. One dark evening the cruise Director told us we could not take the easy train into the town but he said we had to walk. It was so dark we couldn’t see the way. We got lost. It was not a good trip I will not take another cruise with Viking. The cruise was ruined for us.
