When reserving the suite, I made specific requests :  1) wheelchair assistance 2) were there wheelchairs available onboard (I was told no in no uncertain terms) 3) I wanted lounge chaises for the balcony and not sitting chairs as mom would not be lounging in public 4) I informed that mom had mobility issues 5) I requested a dining table by a window.One would think that prior to embarcation, there would be quality control about the state of the room.
