I choose this cruise because it was cheap. It was a 5 day 4 night cruise from Dec 19 to Dec 23 and the cost was $440 per person for a balcony room. I must say you get what you pay for.
This was a total nightmare cruise. Restaurant manager was unwelcoming, seemed as if we were a bother. Had extremely poor customer service skills. On the first night of the cruise he became upset because we wanted to add my friend to our table. He wrote our table number on a card shoved it to us and said it’s upstairs. We went upstairs and had to ask several servers where to go. It’s almost as if we were begging to be seated. MSC you need to train your staff better especially your leaders. We have cruised on several other cruise lines out of Miami and I must say this is the worst customer service I have experienced. We absolutely will not cruise with MSC again.
For our balcony room the linens were thin, worn and scratchy, the bed skirt was torn in several areas, towels had holes. We were given no washcloths or bath mat; luckily we brought our own towels and washcloths, this is absolutely unacceptable.
Our cabin was 9201- balcony room. The bathroom had stains in the sink and on the shower floor and walls. There was rust around the shower doors. We received no washcloths or bathmats. Towels were torn. Bed sheets were thin, worn and scratchy. Bedskirt was torn in several spots.
Couldn’t wait to get to Nassau to eat good food since the food on the ship was tasteless.
Nothing really here to see. Beautiful beach could go in the water since it was too cold.
Very busy city
