Having been on 96 cruises on various cruise lines (19 on Princess), I found this to be a good typical Princess cruise. We had a great comedian and good entertainment. The food in Club Class was delicious and we often had to choose from several favorites offered the same night. I don't care for pasta but every night the Maitre' D had a sample of his dish at the table.

I bid on an upgrade for a Premium Suite D121 and got it. The suite is lovely and roomy but very far from everything and very noisy! Every time the ship came into port we heard the door in the hull lowered to take the pilot on. We also heard the winch for the hawsers and anchor. The noise and vibration of the thrusters shook our beds! One day in St. Marten, the thrusters were on all day, due to windy conditions.

This ship is much larger/longer than most of the vessels I have sailed on. The hallway to the first set of elevators seemed extremely long!
