Sail Date: Dec 2022

This is our 11th cruise between RCI & Carnival. We love cruising but this was overall the most disappointing cruise we've ever been on despite a beautiful ship. Way too many children running everywhere on this ship with 0 supervision. What I love about cruises normally is the ficus on kids zone keeping them away from playing & running a muck in all the common areas.

We also always book our excursions through the ship to ensure the guarantee satisfaction & not get left behind. Well this was the 1st time we paid for it, and they skipped an entire stop! Then after making them aware of it, they begrudgingly gave us a 15% discount...

The sauna and gym hours are short, no more 24 hr pizza or ice cream, no robes or slippers in your room, no more cruiser status party, I can go on and on. It was unsatisfactory. We are taking another one with then in May (pre-booked prior to this cruise) so hoping for a different experience or we will be trying other cruislines for the remaining destinations we want to see.

Cabin Review

4 stars for the cabin room. We always get an aft balcony but this time got an extended balcony. Other than the lack of conditioner, robes, and slippers it was pretty nice. I love that there are American outlets in the rooms and I love that there are USB chargers.
