This was our first Cruise on RSS, having completed several cruises before on other Cruise lines (on larger 1500-1800 passengers, 4* equivalent ships).

We had high hopes for RSS, having considered Silversea’s and only chosen to book with Regent because of their itinerary for this section of South America we wanted to sail. Covid issues in 2021 then cancelled this cruise and so this was our re-booked Cruise and with a slightly different, but acceptable itinerary. Buenos Aires, 2 stops in Uruguay and then many along the coast of Brazil, to disembark in Rio de Janeiro.

This cruise was a section of a larger trip and so we had booked all our pre-cruise flights and hotels independently of Regent, with our trusted Travel Agent, with Regent only being responsible for the Cruise and included (or additional expense) excursions itself.
