We are a family of five, this was our sixth cruise as a family. Left our house ( 1/2 hour south of Boston )at 10:30am arrived ,unloaded, parked, and was at the buffet ( lol ) by 12:00pm. Norwegian did a great job with this embarkation process. Both rooms 1 Balcony and 1 inside stateroom were ready and our luggage arrived very quickly. Rooms were very small but clean. We never saw our cabin steward until late the next day( they are off duty after 9:00pm ) We needed some bedding ect.. went through house keeping no big deal. The ship was clean, but in need of another facelift. Overall ship was easy to get around, you could always find food or a beverage. Deck chairs were hard to come by but thats true on all ships. This was our first experience at Freestyle Cruising, dress was very casual, dining was very easy, although busy times had to wait for main dining room(20 minutes). Food was good to very good at times. No complaints we ate it all. Entertainment was very good. They did a very nice job with shows and there was always something going on in one of the lounges. Something for everyone. Kids never complained ( ages 17,15,11 ) Bermuda was very beautiful and was nice to use ship as hotel for the three days. Went to beaches ( horseshoe bay !!! ) went golfing Riddles Bay postcard on every hole. Went to Hamilton took ferry , shopped went to dinner at Portifinos , very nice. People here were friendly and helpful. Bottom line for me was cruise was worth the $$$$. Weather was perfect, food drink, entertainment all good. One note: most people on board were with a large group and was from around boston, so if your from here, chances are you will know plenty of people on board. Tips are already billed to your room card, no having to find someone and hand them an envelope.
