We have always herard great things about Silverseas We did cruise with them several years ago, but we weren't very impressed at that time.. Regardlees , close friends asked to join them this most recent cruise... so we thought we would try it once more..

OK... here we go ship itself is great . Suites and public rooms are nicely done and kept up very well. The ship is clean.. The buler service and maid service is spectacular in their attentivness to detail and being so very pleasant.

However the food service and quality of food was the worst I have ever experirnced. ( been on over 60 plus cruises) The food had zero flavor, poorly prepared, frequently cold and was tasteless. There is no consistency in the cooking as it is prepared. One day , the item ordered was appealing and repeat the ordered item another day and and noted the food item was not edible or palatable.
