Booked this cruise on celebrity.com and paid. Then I saw in my account that the price had increased . ..
Tried to call customer service in Miami [ from europe ] but impossible to get someone on the phone. Celebrity agents in Europe unwilling to assist. Sent an email. Price was corrected after a week without any explanation but then the packages I paid for did not show in my account. Another email and after one month received an answer that the packages were included. [ But still did not show in the account].
Then received contradictory info about the type of Covid test required 5 times in a row if a self test would be enough or if you had to go to a certified provider. In the end upon embarking Celebrity did not ask for anything, no proof of vaccination or testing which was required for this Transatlantic crossing.
