Sail Date: Dec 2022
Cabin: Veranda Suite

My name is Ivan and I’m professional geologist and explorationist by training and experience. I participated in few expeditions by Viking and Silversea cruise lines (that were very good) as well as numerous land-based geological field trips.

In early 2022, I and my spouse decided to look for Antarctica expedition cruise and selected Seabourn due to the cruise credit we had with them after one of the cancelled pandemic time voyages and new ship Seabourn Venture that just had been released.

The cruise was set for 5-15 December from / to Ushuaia and charter flight transfers from / to Buenos Aires arranged by Seabourn.

Cabin Review

Veranda Suite

The cabin was generally okay, but nothing special. Despite the ship being new in some areas there are traces of rust and things do not get properly cleaned.

On the positive side, provided Swarovski optics was just fantastic.
