We were looking for replacement to TUI. lots of thinks right but got major issues wrong. Main issue with most people was the Aircon or lack of in cabins. Guests should not have to sleep with balcony door open to cool down the cabin or cabin corridor door open to raise temperature. Very abusive attitude when entering the main dining room for breakfast or lunch and was commanded to sit at a table for 10 and not allowed to sit at a table for 2 even when asked politely. Observatory waterfall through 2 windows when it rains. Observatory ceiling leaking. Floods from pool deck down stairs to deck 10. Seating in observatory looks lovely but not conducive to spectating entertainment also not enough seats. On the positive side the food was good on most evenings. Staff struggling because they were new and not fully trained. There is more but I will leave it at this.
