Just a blast to be back on a cruise, 2nd time on the Ovation and enjoyed both times. The ship is in very good shape, built 2016 & dry docked 2019 for maintenance, both ship and crew are very good. many of the crew were new to cruising joining the boat a month before.

Embarkation was horrendous again, delayed 3 hours this time I believe due to Covid & delays escorting passengers off the ship & disinfecting rooms. Disembarkation on the other hand was an absolute breeze, walked off the ship at about 8.30am.

Entertainment was very good; 2 production shows "Live Love Legs" & "The Beautiful Dream", the latter was brilliant, first time show to passengers since coming back to Australia, loved it. The former was a Las Vegas style feathers & beautiful showgirls, loved it too. The music around the ship was very good, a lot of variety from Caribbean band Umoja4, disco r'n'b Pulso, Solo Guitarman Voytek, Piano Man Anton, & a few more I did not hear; The Australian Beatles, Pixels. Comedian Simon & variety act James.

Cabin Review

Interior with Virtual Balcony

Inside with Virtual balcony deck 12, room 185. Enough room to store clothes for 7d, a bit stuffy, these days it is best to have a balcony to get fresh air in cabin.
