Sail Date: Dec 2022
Cabin:

Currently still cruising and on our last two days in the Carribean, have cruised with P&O since 2010, this is our final time with them. The take it our leave it attitude is awful, make a complaint and no-one follows up on it, cancel trips at a moments notice because of not enough uptake by passengers so it's not worth their while running... never mind the customer who is looking forward too and paid for the excursions! Restaurant's are mediocre, running out of staples like apple juice, fruits, etc. Bars running out of various drinks like Corona and Aspall Cyder. Staff try their best but obviously very short staffed and over worked! Never see any officers walking the decks and the Captain is a voice from the bridge that you may hear once a day if lucky! Good luck to all who sail Britannia in the future but just be prepared for cut back after cut back in service and quality.

Cabin Review

Steward does his best to keep the cabin clean but it is very tired and needs a refurbishment of fixtures and fittings.
