We are from the US, worked very hard through the whole year and at the end of the year had an opportunity for the vacation. We booked MSC Seascape cruise since it was a brand new ship with the stop in Bermuda and then in New-York. We had a very pleasant experience in 2011 with MSC Fantasia; thus, hoped the new ship and traveling through Atlantic would even more amaze us. Unfortunately, the new ship very disappointed us so that we even think stop cruising at all. This is the case:

1. HUGE ISSUE WITH THE ROOM ITSELF!!!

We wanted a cabin on the most upper decks. At the time of booking, 13th deck was the highest deck available. We paid extras to have this particular location. The first expression of the cabin was great. The overall size is decent but the bathroom, itself, especially, the shower, is tiny. We rushed to unpack all staff and then to rest. When returning from the diner, we started to hear some noise inside the cabin closer to the entry door. We thought maybe we did not close the door properly, then double checked again and again. The cracking sound was strengthening during the night so that we woke up in the middle of the night and could not fall asleep again. The sound was so load and irritating that the next morning we even could not stay in the cabin at all.
