I am a 72 year old great grandmother who traveled single on this cruise. This was my 4th cruise, second with Carnival. My plane was late in arriving in Miami so I was one of the last ones on board. No embark hassle at all!

My love was an inside cabin on the Riviera deck. This is the first time I had an inside cabin but it did not bother me at all, much to my surprise. The Paradise is a beautiful ship, yet I enjoyed the Celebration much more....I think maybe the Paradise was a little to fancy for my taste and caters to the more affluent crowd.

The food was excellent and the service was great...I wish I had been seated at a table with more people...There was only three of us at a table set for eight. I guess they must try to seat single travelers together as all three of us were traveling alone.
