We had no problem boarding and getting to our cabin the steward was excellent and very friendly.

Now the food review: The Horizon Court buffet was chaotic at the best of times from long lines because people were waiting for food which there never seemed to be enough of, to the food itself being boring and bland. The sneeze guards covered food so low that it was difficult to reach under them, there were dirty utensils and more than once I saw people reach under and take food with their fingers, in these times that is not acceptable.
