We chose this cruise to New Zealand because it was the first time since Covid we could actually cruise. The crew were really nice and friendly.
How ever we didn’t buy the drink package and used our sea pass for purchases which automatically came off our credit card.
Before we left the cruise we had zero dollars owing.then two days later the sum of $3483.25 was taken out of our credit card again . So they double dipped. We tried calling can’t get through. We sent a email with bank statement no reply.
