I was told that Regent was the top of the line. I have been on 5 Silver Seas and expected the same or better from Regent. I was very disappointed. The room was a penthouse and was much smaller than on other cruise lines for the price I paid. It was poorly set up.. The service was not up to 5 or even 4 star quality. I had to keep asking for water or wine. One woman at my table had to ask 3 people over 20 minutes for a straw. NOT GOOD. the food more often then not was either under cooked or over cooked. We did have a great time because we meet many wonderful people. The hotel they put us at for 3 nights after the cruise was a dump. The excursions were poorly organized and no one from Regent was anywhere to check. Our bus got lost on one

This is not a cruise line I would ever go one again
