I understand there are a lot of changes since I last took a cruise and covid but some of it - either didn't make sense or I just didn't like it. One of the reasons we took this trip was due to the good price and it has been a long time since we have gone any where. If you are looking on the price, then we got what we paid for. Many of these things are not deal breakers but would be nice to have known ahead of time.

Embarkation was ok but was confused with the new process - room keys at your room etc. I did see this on other reviews but forgot until we were walking through to board and didn't have a room key. Would have been nice if the person checking you in could have mentioned the change. I kept thinking that we bypassed something and need to go back lol.

Process should be explained to people. I have been on many cruises, and even I was confused.
