I was excited then shocked with the way Royal Caribbean has cheapened their cruises. We were in a JR. Suite and anticipated a better treatment then we received. Our welcome snack in the room was 3 cookies, our private dining room was only available for dinner no breakfast or lunch. " Because we were in a JR suite" we were told. The main dining room food was severed cold 3 of the 8 nights onboard, the prime rib was thinner than we buy to make sandwiches. The ship was very nice, but the service was lacking in dining room. We had a family emergency and had to leave the cruise in curacao to catch a flight back to Florida the cruise line had no one available to help us off ship with luggage. We hand carried our overstuffed bags off the ship. We are not spring chickens, but we made it. It is obvious they are pinching pennies and not providing the service we experienced on our several last cruises. We will in the future try other cruise lines to try and find the service they Had.
