We selected this cruise for exclusivity, serenity and education. What a SHOCK when 20 or more young junior English loutish "travel agents" were given a free cruise. They were treated better than paying passengers, were rude, frequently drunk, rowdy and annoying. They dominated and were indulged by the senior officers. They RUINED what was supposed to be a luxury cruise. Even the crew were disgusted with their behavior. The ship therefore ran out of wines, for example French rosé. "Education" talks were short and uninformative, some lectures were very keen, others unintertested. The general recreation/bar area was like a giant cavern ! Suite and passageway welding and maintenance were common. The evening ship newsletter "THE WONDER" was a joke and the briefs for the next day's brief were meagre. NEVER AGAIN. Don't waste your money. Go Silversea or Seabourne if you want value for money luxury and service. The New Zealand excursion and Wonder 'boss" was arrogant and mendacious. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LINE.
