Cabin:

Easily the worse cruise we've had with Princess. The many cutbacks by Princess made for a less enjoyable cruising experience. For example, enrichment presentations and guest speakers were completely devoid.

It took 3 days to get the AC in our cabin repaired. Guest services was unresponsive and argumentative. Throughout the cruise, the sink drain leaked on the bathroom floor. The motion sensing lights in the cabin went on and off throughout the night.

The Medallion app was buggy. Drink and food orders were mysteriously cancelled. Some orders when delivered were incomplete or wrong items were delivered. Bar menus were inaccurate.
