Long story short: Anthem of the Seas is an excellent ship with friendly staff, clean accommodations, good entertainment, and many dining options. It has a number of fun features and activities onboard, which makes it great for both individuals and families. On the flip side, the food quality was very hit-or-miss depending on the venue (further details below). Additionally, this is NOT the ship for you if you are susceptible to colds/viruses, as many people on board were sick. This particular sailing was packed, and we often had trouble finding seating at the buffet and other public spaces. But overall, a wonderful and modern ship. Just be aware of where to eat and what health precautions to take.

Long story long:

Cabin: We (party of two) stayed in balcony room 8658 toward the middle-aft of the ship, and it was a beautiful cabin. A slightly minimal design which made it feel quite modern in comparison to many ships. The balcony was a decent size, and the room was surprisingly spacious. There were 3 U.S. outlets and one British outlet, as well as 2 USB ports. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but still totally functional. If you're prone to motion sickness, make note that we did feel a surprising amount of movement at night.
