Booking and Boarding

We booked a saver fare a long time ago and hence did not have an allocated cabin other than that we were guaranteed a balcony with a sea view. Three days before departure, a cabin allocation silently appeared online in our account with Cunard and later that night, formal confirmation arrived. At that point we were able to print out our baggage tags but could only do so using Google Chrome (not Safari). The amount of paperwork we had to print off showing that we had all the necessary permissions was quite substantial. Read more
