We chose this cruise because we wanted to visit Hawaii only and the itinerary just went to the Hawaian islands and spent 2 days on each island. We thought this would be the best way to explore Hawaii and what it has to offer. The boat is US registered and requires 70% of the staff to be American. The ships was 80% capacity, but there was a shortage of staff.

Here are the reasons this was the worst cruise:

-Service was not the usual high quality we find on other Norwegian ships. Staff and some waiters were rude, quite a few inexperienced, finding out that there is a high turnover and they had fired 8 people in the week we were there.

Cabin Review

We had a cabin with balcony. Small cabins and balcony, quite old and small, no perks: towel folded like animals, chocolates on the pillow etc. No ironing board or iron in the closet
