Chose this cruise for my husbands 50th Birthday specifically for Port Royal and Panama. This was to be our last family holiday (teenage boys also on holiday) and we wanted this to be special.
First issue was encountered on embarkation to ship in Montego bay. Queues over an hour long to get on the ship, very poorly organised and no information given by TUI for any delay reason.
Port Royal - we booked the TUI trip for £35 each (£140 total), we could have had the free bus in or walked (only a 10-15 minute walk in), we were rushed around Port Royal in a huge group of 58 when if we had made our own way we would have gone around in a group of 4 and had more time to look around. Our bus guide was on her phone the entire time and did not give us any info on the return journey, point out any sites or let us off to walk around the town.
Balcony cabin was well sized and did not feel cramped, airy and well looked after by the cabin steward
Inside cabin - felt small, cramped and dark.
