We are just completing a New Zealand cruise from Australia on the Majestic Princess. We are Elite members of Princess and have cruised extensively with a number of cruise lines. We have always been happy with Princess before so it has been very disappointing to experience such poor service. We contracted covid on board. We found the medical team either overworked &/understaffed. The medical centre didn't even record my wife's covid result accurately. They rarely answer the phone and often don't get back to you when promised. We have experienced food not arriving that was ordered or incorrect food provided. Trying to contact anyone by phone has been a nightmare.
Our cabin is fine and the restaurant food good although maybe not quite as good as in previous cruises.
The medallion app has been difficult to use and often does not function correctly.
