First, we love HAL. Each time we sail, we are impressed with the service, the food, and the ships. Of course, like everyone else we are always most impressed with the crew and, particularly, our stewards. What a great bunch of professionals each and every one has been!

This cruise had some hiccups and coughs that I think they will soon work out, as well as one possible major flaw that might mean I don't choose this ship again.

Let's do the minor hiccups first.

Cabin Review

Verandah Stateroom

Our cabin was great. We had one of the larger balcony cabins on the part of the ship that jutted out, giving us about 50 extra square feet of room. Our balcony was also larger. That few feet of extra space felt luxorious.
